Bidders within the top 50% by price will be notified to submit the highest and best sealed bid on August 6th and their Highest and best bid is due no later than August 7th Noon MT 2024. The Successful Bidder will be notified on August 7th no later than 3pm MT they have been awarded the Property. Buyer's may obtain financing, though financing is not a contingency to close. Proof of funds to close and/or a lender's approval letter are required with your bid. You may conduct your inspections anytime. The Seller will confirm a sale to the Successful at auction.
